PeakLine provides bookkeeping and related financial support for businesses. Specific scope, timing, and fees are confirmed in a separate engagement agreement before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the records we need. Delays in providing documents may delay deliverables.

No professional advice beyond scope

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, PeakLine does not provide legal, investment, or certified public accounting attest services. Tax filing support is only included when stated in your engagement.

Payments

Fees are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause services until the account is current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PeakLine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use content from this site for commercial purposes without permission.
